This oyster risk profile considers the hazards that may be associated with oysters imported into the UK, from any trading partner, which may pose a risk to public health
The oyster risk profile is the first of a number of potential risk profiles that the FSA may be commissioned to carry out on behalf of the UK Office for Sanitary and Phytosanitary Trade Assurance (UK SPS Office) to inform the potential risks associated with different POAO commodities imported into GB from any trading partner.
