Nathan Barnhouse – Ongoing RCD are developing the engagement plan for meeting with businesses to understand their views on cost-recovery.
We are also working collaboratively with local authorities to identify a series of outline options for cost-recovery that can be tested and appraised. These two activities are happening concurrently, with a view to updating the Board in September or December. |
