CSA Science reports

The Chief Scientific Adviser Science Reports provide a greater understanding of our science and insights into some of our cutting edge work.

Biannual public attitudes tracker

We conduct a tracking survey with consumers to monitor changes in consumer attitudes towards our organisation and food-related issues.

Regulatory approach

Our regulatory approach provides information on how the FSA meets its responsibilities under the Governments’ regulatory framework and reports on the impacts of regulatory changes we introduce in line with our reporting commitments.

WFAC: Welsh Food Advisory Committee

The Welsh Food Advisory Committee acts as an independent advisory body to the Food Standards Agency. It is chaired by the Wales Board member. Its role is to advise the Agency on food and feed safety and standards issues, with an emphasis on Wales.

Impact Assessments

An Impact Assessment (IA) is a policy tool to assess impacts of options considered, including the expected costs and benefits, and summarises the rationale for Government intervention.
